For your convenience and peace of mind, each package is provided with a tracking number (except for domestic deliveries). Please note that we do not offer non-tracked surface or air shipping methods, as we want to avoid possible loss or damage for both parties without the security of a receipt. Be advised that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Orders placed on nomadicartisan.com are processed Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EAT, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, and payment authorization and verification are confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

-Custom-made items, sale items, and items altered by special request are non-refundable.

-Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via Email or Form. Claims after 4 days are not eligible for a refund.
-Items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn/unused, in their original packaging.
<Return postage>
-Items sent back that are eligible for return must be and should be sent prepaid via courier. We do not accept CODs.
-Packages should be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
