Advance Reservation Slots for the Japan Pop-Up Event

Regarding the Pop-Up in Japan, which will be held May 2026, we will be introducing an advance reservation system for entry in order to ease congestion immediately after opening.

This applies to both the Tokyo and Osaka venues on their respective opening days, specifically during the two-hour period from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday.
During this time, we will offer hourly reservation slots, and guests with reservations will be given priority entry.

If you arrive during the applicable time slot without a reservation, you will be admitted in order based on the level of congestion on the day. Please note that there may be a waiting time depending on the situation.

Please also note that no reservation is required for entry after 2:00 PM. In the event of congestion, numbered tickets may be distributed and guests will be guided in order.

Important Notice:

  • Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Each person may reserve up to one time slot.

  • One reservation allows entry for the person who made the reservation and up to two accompanying guests, for a total of three people.

  • There are no entry restrictions for children under the age of 18.

  • Changes to reservations are generally not accepted after booking.

  • If you are unable to attend at your reserved time due to unavoidable circumstances, or if you have accidentally made duplicate reservations, please cancel your reservation.

  • Reservation slots may not be transferred to another person.

  • If the person who made the reservation is unable to attend and a slot becomes available, we will offer the slot to customers on the waiting list if the cancellation occurs by the day before. For same-day cancellations, we will guide customers who arrive without a reservation.

  • An entry reservation does not guarantee the right to purchase any specific item for sale.

  • Even if all reservation slots are fully booked and you are unable to make a reservation, customers who visit without a reservation on the day will also be admitted in order, so please feel free to come by.
