How to Reserve:
Via our official online store
- Click “Proceed to Reservation” to open the calendar page. From “Select Venue,” choose your preferred venue. Then select the applicable date and your preferred time slot, and proceed to the next page.
- Enter your name and email address, then click “Confirm Time” to complete your reservation.
- If you see “Waitlist Slot,” it means that the reservation slots are already full. If you continue, you will be registered on the waiting list. We will contact customers in the order of registration only if a cancellation becomes available.
Important Notice:
・Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Each person may reserve up to one time slot.
・One reservation allows entry for the person who made the reservation and up to two accompanying guests, for a total of three people.
・There are no entry restrictions for children under the age of 18.
・Changes to reservations are generally not accepted after booking.
・If you are unable to attend at your reserved time due to unavoidable circumstances, or if you have accidentally made duplicate reservations, please cancel your reservation.
・Reservation slots may not be transferred to another person.
・If the person who made the reservation is unable to attend and a slot becomes available, we will offer the slot to customers on the waiting list if the cancellation occurs by the day before. For same-day cancellations, we will guide customers who arrive without a reservation.
・An entry reservation does not guarantee the right to purchase any specific item for sale.
・For any other questions or inquiries, please contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of the newsletter.
・Even if all reservation slots are fully booked and you are unable to make a reservation, customers who visit without a reservation on the day will also be admitted in order, so please feel free to come by.

-For your convenience and peace of mind, all international packages include a tracking number. We do not offer non-tracked shipping options (surface or air) to prevent potential loss or damage. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Orders placed on artisancollective-ke.com are processed Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM EAT (excluding weekends and public holidays in Kenya). Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized and verified. Return & Refund
<Non-Refundable Items>
- Custom-made items, sale items, and items altered by special request are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been handed over to the carrier (tracking is provided for security).
<Return Eligibility & Timeline>
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery. Claims received after 4 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Eligible items must be shipped out/returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and repackaged in the original packaging with all tags attached.

- Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer using a traceable and insured courier service.
- We recommend insuring the package for the full value of the merchandise to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- Return address and instructions will be provided upon approval of your return request.
